Pro Care Property Maintenance provides landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal services including (but not limited to):

  • Lawn mowing and maintenance

  • Snow removal services

  • Property cleanups and maintenance

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site accessibility.


3. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are free estimates unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing may vary based on site conditions, materials, and scope changes.

  • Estimates are valid for a limited time (typically 30 days unless noted).

  • Additional work outside the original scope may result in additional charges.


4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Service dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations when possible.

  • Missed or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.


5. Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.

  • We may require deposits for larger projects.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or collections.


6. Property Access & Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the property during scheduled service times.

  • Pro Care Property Maintenance is not responsible for damage to:

    • Hidden or unmarked items (sprinklers, wiring, etc.)

    • Pre-existing conditions on the property

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to mark any underground utilities or hazards.


7. Weather & Seasonal Conditions

  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions.

  • Snow removal services depend on snowfall timing and accumulation levels.

  • We prioritize safety and quality in all weather-related decisions.


8. Warranty & Workmanship

  • We stand behind the quality of our work.

  • Any workmanship concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage caused by weather, misuse, or lack of maintenance


9. Liability

  • We are fully insured; however, liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
